Today, Annie Clarke is going to take you through a flow designed especially for runners, triathletes or anyone that feels like they want to stretch out their lower body, shoulders, and all those places that typically get tight when doing a lot of endurance activities.

A perfect way to unwind after your run!

In this video we’ll start with a bit of a flow, but focus on those areas that tend to be a bit tighter. If there’s a specific pose that feels good during this class, then feel free to stay there a bit longer – there’s nothing wrong with pausing the video to hang out in a pose you enjoy 🙂
