Hip Flexor Love – 25 Minute Flow for Tight Hips

If you spend many hours sitting at a desk or do a lot of running, chances are you have tight hip flexors. In this class we will focus not only on stretching the hip flexors but also strengthening them. Just because a muscle is tight does not mean it is strong!

Enjoy this 25-minute flow from Yoga with Kassandra. Try to breathe into each pose, and if you cannot breathe calmly while in any of these poses its a sign that you need to pull back. Always work within a pain-free range. Enjoy, your hips and legs will love you for it!

This class requires a yoga block, but a rolled up towel or folded blanket can also be used if you don’t have a block. For yoga block and yoga mat recommendations, please visit our resources page.
